- Dosage: Adults – Can consume 15 mL to 20 mL of the Probiotic Palm Drink an hour before lunch. Slowly increase the sample volume if needed.
Children – Can consume 7 mL to 10 mL of the Probiotic Palm Drink an hour before lunch.
Additionally, incorporating prebiotic-rich foods, such as buttermilk or gut-friendly drinks, along with fiber-rich foods is good.
