Stability Testing
Preservatives may degrade or become less effective over time or under certain conditions. Stability Testing involves subjecting the food product to various environmental factors such as temperature, light, and humidity to determine the shelf life and effectiveness of the preservative.
Regulatory Compliance Testing
Food preservatives are regulated by food safety authorities in different countries. Food Testing laboratories like ours conduct tests to ensure that the preservatives used in food products comply with the regulatory standards and permissible limits set by the relevant authorities.
