Ingredients: Pirandai stems (Cissus quadrangularis), unrefined sesame oil (cold-pressed), black pepper, Himalayan salt, and selected traditional herbal spices. Scientifically known as Cissus quadrangularis, Pirandai is locally called “Pirandai” in Tamil, “Asthisamharaka” in Sanskrit, “Veldt Grape” internationally, “Hadjod” in Hindi. It has been traditionally used in South Indian culinary preparations for generations.
