We all love to eat our traditional homemade sweets and savories like laddu, jangeri, mixture etc. But we don’t have time to make at home and so we buy from sweets shops. Thousands of years we ate these delicacies and were healthy because they were made with good oil and ingredients.
In recent times, we do not know whether the sweets are made from repeated oil frying, or made with good quality ingredients. Certain shops use good unadulterated oil, ghee, butter, sugar, etc. But most of the shops to make more profit use adulterated ingredients, toxic coloring agents to attract the sweets, add preservatives to increase the shelf life of the products.
